Brandon had his preschool graduation on May 15, 2008 in the morning. He was a little overwhelmed by the whole thing and can't figure out why he isn't done with school forever. He doesn't do well performing in front of people, especially people he doesn't know well. Afterwards he got really excited because we went out for a celebration dinner at Country Buffet and he got to pick out his own food and everything.
Before he couldn't wait for summer break and now he is upset because he "misses" preschool and doesn't want to go to kindergarten. He hasn't even officially started summer yet until Monday. Hopefully I can keep him occupied for two and a half months. We have lots of things planned. It is hard to make too many plans when we don't know when Scott is going to be in town or away. Moneywise hopefully he will be gone a lot. We usually just switch plans when we know he will be here and do the more mundane stuff when he is gone. Having "grandma" around helps a lot too, especially when she takes vacation or has a day off. It should be interesting at least and with my two, never dull.

Brandon sure looks grown up with his diploma. It's hard to believe he'll be in kindergarten this fall.
Yay for bloggers! I was telling Jim that Brandon had graduated from preschool, and we both were amazed that he's kindergarten age already. We look forward to getting to know the kids better through the little things they do and say.
